Description
FACE MASK ART: https://pixels.com/profiles/laurel-adams/shop/face+masks
This original colour pencil drawing combines the Colourful Freedom of yesterday’s Robert Genn exercise in Magic with a friend’s photographic Art! Over tea, I was shown some lovely garden pix from my best friend’s daughter in law’s captures! I asked for Macro shots and reproduction permission. When I received both, I went to my pencils (armed with yesterday’s ideas) and seventeen lovely images! ...This is the colourful result! While “final form” resulted in this identifiable rendered Art product, the road to its creation is really an Abstract patchwork of colour patches in formless pattern sequence. Later, line and shadows define the form. Many thanks,to the late, great Robert Genn and to Britt!
NOTE: Within the controversial distinction of CP “drawing” or “painting” lies artist definition. My definition: when the surface is ENTIRELY burnished, I classify as a Painting; when any exposed Paper Is part of the composition or background, I classify as a drawing. I render both.

Its been a while since I've grown this in my garden, that I forgot how pretty it is. Your artistic eye is always a true guide to beauty! l/f
