Description
This is a melding of two ORIGINAL painted media sources presented as one Ascended painting of my 2019 version of “humble grapes”. It also coincides with my Digital Transitions Project 2024 to transition my CP portfolio into the digital realm. Are you able to discern which is the first “glaze” of traditional Colour pencil painting and which is the “layer” of my 2022 Digital Hand Painting (DHP)? If you are, perhaps the giveaway is that one side is painted with wax based pigment and the other…with Light or, perhaps, the unifying factor is my personal “brush style”. I peeled back the traditional painting with a digital “warp” tool and spilled my newly acquired digitally blended “Light” tool digital painting skills across to “paint” into the traditional side. Do you SEE the similarities?
For some, this aesthetic, “transitional mix” might be a symbollic, synchronistic metaphor to humanity’s inter-dimensional stretching between the third and fifth dimensions!! Noted astrophysicist, Neil deGrasse Tyson, asserts we are already in the fourth dimension, steadily evolving into developing our greater abilities as light beings inhabiting a human avatar. Might our emergence prove to be as seamless as this transition?….Hmmmm. Yes, I always love to explore…details! This has inspired the next game in Our Group Series…WAIT for it!…coming 3/20/22.

You guessed correctly…probably because you are so accomplished at both! I love your aesthetic, Angela. Many thanks for your kind support.

My guess is the traditional is the lower left corner and the digital is perhaps the upper right corner. All is beautiful and a beautiful melding of techniques LF
